Axiom is hiring a Head of Sales to define and lead the global go-to-market strategy for a fast-scaling, enterprise infrastructure platform operating in digital markets.
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of revenue, team build-out, and market positioning. For a commercial leader who has scaled enterprise SaaS revenue and understands institutional clients, this is a high-impact opportunity with significant scope.

What We’re Hiring
As Head of Sales, you will lead global revenue strategy and execution across regions and client segments.
You will:
- Define and execute global sales strategy across key regions.
- Build and scale high-performing regional sales teams.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from strategy to close.
- Drive revenue growth, pipeline quality, and forecasting discipline.
- Build senior client relationships and establish scalable sales processes.
Experience required:
- 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales with strong leadership experience.
- Proven track record scaling SaaS or infrastructure revenue to significant ARR.
- Experience selling complex, high-value software or financial solutions.
- Strong understanding of institutional digital asset or capital markets workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to close large, complex enterprise deals.
