Axiom is hiring an Account Manager to manage high-value institutional clients within a fast-scaling infrastructure platform. This is more than a portfolio role. You will help define how account management operates as the company grows, with clear progression over time.

What We’re Hiring
As Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of institutional clients after the sale, ensuring smooth onboarding, strong adoption, renewals, and revenue growth.
You will:
- Own institutional client relationships across the full post-sale lifecycle.
- Lead onboarding and drive strong product adoption.
- Manage renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor account health and growth metrics.
- Act as the customer voice internally and help build scalable AM processes.
Experience required:
- 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services.
- Experience managing enterprise or institutional clients.
- Background in fintech, crypto, SaaS, or infrastructure platforms.
- Proficient with CRM and account health tracking tools.
- Strong commercial focus with renewals and expansion experience.
